Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how this site handles visitor data. The site is a static showcase — it has no user accounts, no comments and no forms, so apart from the traffic measurement described below, we collect nothing from you beyond what you choose to send us by email or phone.

Controller

TwoPixels, Oľšavce 23, 08646 Oľšavce, company ID 55337571. For any data protection question, contact us at info@twopixels.sk.

What we process

The site has no contact forms, no sign-up and no comments. We do not actively collect any personal data from you; we measure traffic on the site as described under Analytics and measurement. If you email or call us, we process what you choose to share, solely in order to reply.

Cookies

The site stores no cookies on your device. The traffic measurement described below uses none, and no tools that would need your consent are in use — which is why the site does not ask you about cookies.

Analytics and measurement

We measure traffic on the site with Umami. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page address, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and an approximate location derived from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored. Visits are grouped under a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and browser, which changes every month. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; you have the right to object to this processing. The tool is run for us as a processor by Kovadlina (kovadlina.sk) on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; the data stays within the European Union and is not used for automated decision-making.

Hosting

The site runs on a Hetzner Online GmbH server in Germany, within the European Union. The server operator processes standard technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as required to operate and secure the service.

Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, or longer where the law requires it. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention periods of the tools involved.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to info@twopixels.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

If how the site works changes, we will update this policy and the date shown above.
